Out dazzle

So if by adding 5AP, that also decodes spotlighting, then by removing it, I would assume also enables back spotlighting, but I cannot confirm that. So the very short of it (LexxM3 please don't yell at me) is this:ġ) you remove the feature that BMW added to US spec cars (5AP on the options/feature list)Ģ) you set the modules in the ECUs back to their default modesģ) Since you removed the US specific feature, the default modes will be what the Europeans get.Ĥ) Misc coding to allow the feature to work depending on your country's region etc. When people say they're coding anti-dazzle, you're not really coding in the feature, you're coding out the BMW feature they added. I'm not sure if it's part of the code 'bundle' to be honest.Įssentially what BMW has done is add a 'feature' to the car that's called 'DECODE ANTI-DAZZLE'. Laserlight is equipped with an infrared camera that illuminates these obstacles.'

BMW's description: 'Spotlighting Animals and People: Another feature: The Laserlight system has the ability to spotlight animals and pedestrians up to 300 feet away.
